By downloading, accessing, or using LetUsReply AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
LetUsReply AI uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested text message replies. All generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You should carefully review any generated content before using or sending it.
You are solely responsible for any message, communication, or content you choose to send or share. LetUsReply AI and its developers are not responsible for the content of generated replies, how they are used, or any consequences resulting from their use.
You agree not to use LetUsReply AI to generate, transmit, or distribute content that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.
LetUsReply AI may offer optional paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.
The App, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by LetUsReply AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and protected.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetUsReply AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the App or any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
